About Me:
I've struggled to make time for the dreams I have always had. Bucket list items of 'Paiting a Mural' or 'Starting a Business' or 'Reading this super-long book.'

I know I can commit to others, but I struggle to commit to myself. It was from this that I created SISU, and formalized a way for me to have the kind of support to commit to myself with others.
SISU Began as a small gathering of friends and has evolved into a full-fledged self-discovery and development program. It's a chance to practice the lessons we all know we should do, but don't. Now you have no excuse, and people around you that keep you committed to real change.
